1. Scope
These terms apply to the Menhera Mate app and related support services provided by BNRB. They take effect on September 26, 2026. The license for the app distributed through the App Store is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
2. The game and your account
You must comply with the age rating shown in the store and requirements in your region. You must not use another person’s account without permission, commit payment fraud, exploit vulnerabilities to manipulate game currency or disrupt the service.
Basic game progress is saved on your device. A signed-in account connects server features such as Star Candy and purchase entitlements; it does not guarantee full backup or transfer of game progress to another device. Signing out, uninstalling and deleting an account have different effects. See Account and data deletion.
3. Purchases and advertising
Paid products currently consist of one-time in-app purchases such as Star Candy packs and ad removal, as shown in the app. The purchase confirmation and store checkout screens specify the actual price and contents. In-game currency and items are for use in the game and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.
Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Restoring purchases may require the store account used to pay and the linked game account. Consumed items are not granted again through purchase restoration. Refunds may affect the associated entitlements or credited currency.
You may choose to watch rewarded ads under the conditions shown in the app. Ads may be unavailable depending on ad inventory or network conditions. Check the result shown in the app to confirm whether a reward was credited.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal and refunds follow applicable law and the policies of the store where you purchased. Withdrawal may be restricted once digital content has been used or its supply has begun; product-specific information is provided before purchase. Statutory rights concerning defective content or content that differs from its description or advertising remain intact. Purchases made by minors without required legal representative consent may be cancelled as provided by law.

For missing purchases, duplicate charges or other payment issues, email support@bn-rb.com with the product name and time of the issue. Deleting an account does not replace a refund request.
5. Service changes and responsibility
Some features may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or external service outages. The operator will investigate and work to restore the service. Service closure or important changes affecting paid entitlements will be announced in the app or on the support page. Refund and compensation procedures required by law will be followed.
The game is entertainment featuring fictional characters and events. Its economic, health and relationship content is not real-world professional advice. These terms do not exclude the operator’s liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability imposed by law.
6. Rights, changes and contact
The app’s code, artwork, music and stories are subject to the rights of the operator or their lawful rights holders. Unauthorized copying, resale or infringement beyond what the law permits is prohibited.
When these terms change, the changes and effective date will be announced in the app or on this page, following legally required notice and consent procedures. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. We first seek to resolve disputes through support, subject to applicable law and the competent courts.
